Are we awarding the Civs randomly? Should be an interesting game without Barbarians and City States :smiley:

Random is probably the best, unless the 5 of us happen to all prefer a different civ.

Thoughts on which BBG version to use?

Don’t mind. I didnt appreciate how many tweaks they make to the game. I just looked up version 6 which alters each of the Civs we are using in this game. Some alterations weaken the default settings for each Civ and some are improvements. They seem fairly balanced as each Civ gains ine one of their bonuses and loses out in another. I’d be happy with the game’s original settings i.e. no BBG mod.

I’m good with whichever BBG version you choose. I’ve never tried v7, so I’m curious to see how it plays.
Random leaders is the best way to go yes
