Mods – Static BBG: How to Download and Install

This Dropbox folder serves as the hub for downloading static BBG (Better Balanced Game) releases for use in Civ 6 cloud games.

Installation Steps:

  1. Download your desired version from this Dropbox folder.
  2. Extract the contents of the .zip file into your Civ 6 Mods folder:
  • Windows: ...\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods
  • Mac: /Users/[YOUR_USER_NAME]/Library/Application Support/Sid Meier’s Civilization VI/Sid Meier’s Civilization VI/Mods
  1. Restart Civilization VI.
  2. Go to Additional Content → Mods, and disable the newly installed BBG to avoid conflicts with live multiplayer games or other setups.
  3. Load your save game and continue playing your turn.
