having an issue with an inability to upgrade a slinger to archer despite having the tech researched. anyone else having unit upgrade issues?
upgrades are disabled in Always War.
Check out the description from time to time to get used to the ruleset.
Also, no 1 turn policies, e.g. builder charges.
