Just copying and pasting from another request I made: Wondering if you are waiting for assigned players to join the game, or are open to requests to participate. If the latter, I would like to join. I am new to PYDT, but have played Sid Meier games for almost 30 years. Did a bunch of PBEM with Alpha Centauri in the early 2000s, and started playing solo Civ 6 a couple of years ago. Branched out to playing multiplayer vs AI with a friend. And now would like to try multiplayer with no AI. Need the challenge… 
I am also very attentive to my computer these days, so expect at least daily turns as they come to me. Thanks.

Joining the CPL community is a good way you can join some PYDT games. It’s a community for players who love civ6 and dislike quitters

There are some rules in the community (such as no quitting and other bits and bobs) which you will see when you join.
Join the discord server here and then go to the pbc section. You will see a bunch of channels and places where you can find new games and stuff.

I did… thanks for pointing me there. I also found channels for PYDT; and Civ6 Cloud and PYDT. I found a game there and we are just waiting for the last two to enter. I have posted lots in those two channels. And I have lurked on CPL, but have not seen a game opportunity yet. I would like to try a game there and get a sense of all the particular game rules, but am somewhat worried about breaking them… So yeah, thanks again.
