Dear fellow nations of the world
The people of China welcome all to share in our rich culture: read our books, behold our rich collections of art and historical artefacts, listen to our music both classic pieces and modern rock, or just relax at our national park and seaside resorts. After all this is a magnificiently rich cultural world we live in.
I kind of though the game would show me an end screen at this point, as my international tourists exceeded all nations by this turn. (see screenshot)
Does it need to go another round or is the game currupted?
It has been a pleasure playing with you all, I have enjoyed the many hours playing this game.

As far as I know there is no winning screen here when you win. you just leave the game. well played.
