I like the games @Manoir is creating. But here with islands and polar climate canada and maori are having a major advantage over the other civs? but maybe i’m wrong.
Can’t be perfect everytime 
I am south of the map, lost in the snow. I don’t know what’s happen in the world 
Canada and Russia have advantages but, has Russia, my land is a big disadvantage. Depends on the player. I’m not good in this kind of land and some players can make very good games with it.
Let’s see what will happen and if the Maori got a good advantage, that’s fine. It happens sometimes.
I wouldve thought my start was a disaster honestly, I spent 10+ turns trying to settle close to someone and ended up doing an emergency settle when I started reaching the south of the map’s tundra.
I’d argue Maori doesn’t really want islands, large forests and floodplains (because they’re “features” for the Marae) is where it’s at. I explore the sea easily and get +1 food on fishing boats but that’s mostly it.
i’m interested, but @adyyc hast last played a turn in a game two days ago. so i will not sub in just yet.

This game is already lost for me. I am bad in the toundra. I’ll just try to exist
I hope your neighbours will show kindness/leniency to you for subbing in, especially if the AI-played turns were full of bad decisions.

The error message sounds familiar but I can’t quite remember how I fixed it.
I did all that. I will revert my turn. Maybe that helps
