it does not appear in the mods ( and i don’t have the mod manager)
Thank you!
Now, can you please
- add and keep only as a folder (no separate files) the BBG5.2_StaticCloud folder in the Mods folder
(make sure that in that BBG5.2_StaticCloud folder are the files and not yet another folder in that folder) - restart civ
- Go to Additional Content → Mods menu and see if it appeared
Unfortunately it did no appear this time either=.
Whats funny is that the save tells me that I need older 5.2.9 and not the static one 5.2.11
The screenshot of my mods is a few comments up. I don’t have 5.2.9
@Chiller I’ve sent you a message on Discord.
Let’s have a call there, maybe that way we can solve it.
Didn’t remeber your screenshot when i wrote - seems that’s the problem atm; cause with the file corrected by Calcifer at @adi_4k’s turn it worked for Adi’s turn and mine.
@Chiller try copying the mod folder into the following folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\289070
This is the folder where steam keeps the mods subscribed from the workshop. I don’t know if this will make the mod appear for you, but it is easy enough to give it a shot.
ps: move the folder when the game is closed, then open it!
Think we should try first, if the problem is, that @Si1 used an older version on his turn. Seems to me more promising to solve this issue, than the 7th or 8th idea what @Chiller should try else.
@Chiller managed to make it work in the end.
All good now with BBG 5.2.11
Looking forward to the Conference round
yes. Shift + enter worked
Sorry for waiting for my last turn! Was/am ill and wasn’t able to make any turns for about 38 hours (… o.k., i got 2 or 3 in that time, but not all necessary.).
Hope, AI didn’t screw up on that skipped turn.
You know me, i’m a fast player normally. 2 or 3 hours after fever was down last night i made all my open turns (couldn’t sleep after a whole day in bed).
But for this game i was much too late and now i’m cpurious for my next turn and hope, that AI did’nt make any decisions like declaring war on someone etc. in the 1 turn it has overtaken
Ahh, that would explain why you denounced me I thought relations were starting to improve
Now indeed there’s a problem with the skipped turn - no, 2 problems:
-
i had bought an apostile 3 rounds before, promoted him 2 rounds before for beeing good in prozelytizing and AI used it for reformation of my religion this 1 skipped round before.
-
It choosed a belief i don’t want.
So please could we reverse this one round?
i’m not the first asking fot this, others did it when missing turns from other reasons.
I mean it’s one thing if AI sends some troops in the completly wrong direction - you loose - only - 2 turns movement.
But with another belief as you would have choosen, you may loose the game because of this…
