I followed the instructions here for installing the BBG 6.3.1 static Download from the DropBox and I still cannot load the game.

So there was an error with the version of 6.3 that Calcifer made yesterday. He uploaded a new 6.3 today. You have the new one. The game has the old one embedded. I need to swap them. I will do it soon ™.
