Add a Smack Talk comment when a player has been replaced

This would help everyone remember when was the player replaced.
It would be similar to [FIXED] Keep track of the round in which a player has been defeated

There are 3 possible cases:

  • @previous_playerprevious_playerprevious_playerprevious_player - Alexander (Macedon) - has be@new_playe@new_playern re@previous_playerprevious_playerlaced by @new_player
  • @previous_player - Alexander (Macedon) - has been replaced by AI
  • AI - Alexander (Macedon) - has been replaced by @new_player
