[FIXED] Keep track of the round in which a player has been defeated

For ranked games, it matters in which order have the players been defeated.

This info could be displayed in the tool-tip when hovering a defeated player (in the list of games and in the game details screen) - “defeated in round X”

I’ve added some code to log player defeat messages to the smack talk with the round number.

Will you please also add the leader name (& civ) after the player’s name in the message?

Once more than one player is defeated, you have no way to see (on PYDT) which was which.
Ex: 4k's Ragnarök (1 friend/ally, BBG 6.1, CPL Ranked) | Civilization 6 | Play Your Damn Turn
