Thanks, you should have set the on vacations flag in order for us to know. Welcome back.
@Calcifer I declined your friend request because (based on my most recent information) you are at war with Brazil @kapshul. Brazil is a declared friend. I view your taking Brazil cities as a threat to me. Please cease hostilities with Brazil and allow Curitiba to revert to Brazil. (This may have happened already, I donât have visualization.)
Honestly, I donât think Brazil will last long in this game, and I wanted to show that I donât want to war with you after Brazil. and wanted to be friendly with my potential new neighbour. If Curitiba is your religion, sure you can spread it in Brazil cities only if you donât have defender of the faith.
Thatâs with Ethiopia that its player left the game and AI is playing it, which I think shouldnât have happened from the beginning and it was a rage quit! Brazil also lost a settler early game but didnât leave and played that I appreciate a lot.
Anyway, I just took an unescorted settler from AI and bringing it back near my cities. Not a big war there.
âAnyway, I just took an unescorted settler from AI and bringing it back near my cities.â Liar, youâre trying to settle near me . That was my settler to steal from the AI. Move the scout and settler or lose them .
My good neighbors @MisterT800 & Scotland (couldnât find your name to tag), please move your troops away form my borders and do not settle on any lands south of me.
Sorry, didnât know how to do that.
I am going north with that settler lol, and donât want to settle near you. I took it from ethiopia and I didnât know it was yours. I will unescort the settler, and you can declare and take it back I guess. Donât want another enemy in the world
Iâm warring him, why should I give the city back to him?!
You asked me about friendship, and more recently said that you didnât want another war. I was hoping to get through this game without warring anyone, but if you try to take over Brazil in itâs entirety, canât you see how that would threaten me?
Honestly no. I am telling you I will take Brazil and donât attack you until the end of this game, unless you attack me. How can you be threatened?
LOL. You can keep the settler, but get him outta here. Perhaps, we should discuss friendly relations and possible future alliance.
Cool. Yeah. I would like to do military alliance with you if you like. I am west of Tamar and we are a bit far to trade I think. Military alliance will work best for us I think
Here is the threat: If you take Brazil, you will probably double your number of cities, and you can also take cities off of the hapless AI Ethiopia, youâll be so far ahead that none of us can catch you.
Really enjoying this game with 3 civs attacking me bcuz I took a city from Brazil, and America was unhappy because of it. Then it got flipped cuz of loyalty and America didnât give the city back to Brazil who is his ally and kept it for himself, and started to attack me. Pretty sure next turn I open my game Nubia will also declare on me.
You are the aggressor. You initiated unprovoked attack on a declared friend. I asked you to back off, but you left your army there, training up your archers.
When Curitiba flipped, I couldnât leave it as a free city generating partisans on my doorstep, maybe popping out a varu to deal with. I had to take it. Iâll return it to Brazil when Iâm done with it. Iâm certain that Brazil doesnât mind.
Ok. When you take that city, how can I go back? Give me a passage and I will go back to my lands
