i voted against 1st option (against support for dalmasont), and supported 2nd (against timo_man).
I did that because i suppose both dalmasont and winca voted against 2nd, cause logically timo_man will vote against, and only option to stop them, if both nlla and timo_man will vote support action against timo (it sound not logically for timoman, but thats why i think its only way to stops dalmasont from getting vote. and its only in case you can vote for both votes. otherwise game is over

After the June 2019 Update every civilization which voted for the outcome/target combo that eventually won gets 1 Diplomatic Victory point. Note that this only works for Resolutions and the Diplomatic victory vote, but not for Competitions vote.
Apparently you don’t get victory point for siding with the winning side of an Emergency or Competition vote (which were the two votes there were last).

A team wins a Diplomatic Victory when any one of its players have enough victory points to win the game — teams do not combine victory points.
In my humble opinion some player cheated in this game and that is why the game did not end properly. For this player I have a message: Even cheating, you weren’t able to win. YOU ARE SUCH A LOOSER!!!
Well… 25/20 points would put me in a command position any airfleet…
But, as a short-sigthed, I will take this victory as is.
Thank you very much for this journey, gentleman. We started before the pandemic (march 19) and ended as the pandemic raises again.
I think the world deactivated the pandemic ending.

It surely is a diplomacy win when the others could not get together to prevent you from achieving it
@Winca what sort of cheating you suspect there was?
From prior experience I can say that Firaxis really missed it on hot seat mode game endings as it’s quite an anti-climax. Only one player sees the winning screen and he can just press continue and PYDT has no way of knowing if someone actually won or not.
