Neither of us has a great campus or holy site location in capital cities, unless we choose a pantheon that gives adjacency bonuses to those districts from special tiles. You have a great location for a harbor and for a commercial district. I can mark those w/ pins if you want to see how the adjacency works. Then, I’ll remove them next turn.
