Timer doesn't reset after player kick

This game has a 2 day timer.

Player 2 was kicked after I waited the required 24 hours. This was on turn #181.

After the kick, I noticed player 3 does not have the full 2 day timer. It looks like the timer kept counting.

The timer has been saying “Expiring soon” for quite sometime. The player’s turn should have skipped already.
