I’ve made an announcement on Discord for any additional players who may be interested. I’ll probably start this game around 24 hours from now.
In terms of DB Gold options, I’m considering activating the “Learn from Other Civs” option on this one, and possibly pairing it with Plenty of Time X2 Civic/Tech progression. It may make for an interesting game and allow players to dedicate more resources to building big, bad vampire-led armies. Any objections?
And we’re off! Good luck to all. Please note that I’ve enabled an additional mod (Steam Workshop::Take your Time Ultimate - Slower Research Trees) that lengthens tech & civic research time. Learn From Other Civs is enabled, so tech/civic advantages will close pretty rapidly when they occur – make use of that valuable time!

I see substitution requested. I don’t know the current state of the person needing a sub, but do you just need someone who might be able to play slightly better than the AI? 
I know how annoying it can be to have an AI in a game like this.
