Is there a way to submit a victory file to PYDT and have it flag that for all players? So far we have just been taking a screenshot of the victory to send as proof. Then we all resign from the game. Is that the intended game end scenario?

Taking a screen shot is one way. Another way is when a player wins they can post in here something like “I won a religious victory”. Then when everybody else gets their turn they can look at the victory conditions and they will notice they no longer have a chance at any of the victory conditions - which means they lost.
Yeah, PYDT doesn’t handle the endgame right now. Ideally, I’d like to parse the save game file and detect the victory condition, but I haven’t really looked into that yet and don’t know if it’s possible. I wish Civ 6 had a replay file to upload like Civ 5.

Thanks for the confirmation. It would be cool to see that feature at some point, but it’s definitely not necessary to enjoy the game.
