Substitution requests should be removed automatically for
- the eliminated player
ex: One Turn to Rule Them All | Civilization 6 | Play Your Damn Turn - all players in ended games

Because, in the list of games with substitution requested:
* Ended games anyway do not appear.
* Games with substitution requests for eliminated players occupy (without reason) a slot:
I would also like to see that the game pauses on the player needing substitution too. If a player is marked as needing to be subbed. The game should not keep going. This would give me more confidence to join a game and help out.
In the current list, I see AI players and normal players. Somtimes turns are being skipped and mostly the game keeps playing.
