Personal in game notes

Please add a games notes box, which would save on file upload via the client and webpage.

In the client, hopefully viewable directly on the file upload waiting screen so I can see it on my other screen, and, mouse over from my windowed civ to edit it.

I am using OneNote, but this will help a lot those who forget where they were but don’t want to note things down in another app.
