Have to revert another round now.
Just -4276320 amenities.
Did we go through a whole round of reverting? I think this save is the same as the last one I tried.
I’m not sure this can be fixed. I found this post where the same issue happened. Something caused by the last patch it would appear.

Personally I think we should just call it. I wouldn’t have any faith that Firaxis will fix this, particularly now since they appear to have ceased development of the game. It’s a pity, as I was enjoying the game a lot, even though I was pretty much out of contention.
