Well, I can’t load the game.
I was going to call the game a while ago but the game said I had victory in X turns. X became more then less then more again. Now it says I am dominant but the game plays on. Anyway, I declared war and have my GDRs running around.
No need to continue unless you want to duke it out.
I kept waiting for the attack but it never came. Then I figured you wanted to win by culture or spaceship, but that never came. I saw the GDR last turn so figured it would be over soon. I concede. Well played game and congrats on the victory.
Any thoughts on a new game?
Obviously, that one was perfect 
I was plotting domination but then it seemed science was the way to go. I attacked Babylon as they had a large cultural advantage. Then I am winning by culture. Mopped up Spain and Russia - really was not planning further at that point.
I should have called it earlier, no need to play out at this point.
We keep trying for a late game battle but never get to something competitive.
I think the problem is by the time we get to late game, one person is so far ahead. I remember a few games where we got to late game battles and nukes were flying, that was a fun game.
