I am denouncing Scythia (harre) as I want to liberate Mohenjo-Daro.
If the city is gifted to me, I don’t know if I will have the liberate option. I am willing to experiment if you are (and subsequently, not war with you). If gifting the city doesn’t work, Ill reload and reject the offer. But would really like to know.
