Congrats to AI France on a fairly soon science win. Given that I’m 13 techs and 350 science/turn behind as 2nd place in the science/tech standings, I’m going to bow out of this one.

Oh well, seems I’m doomed now. No surprise there as I had no uranium to get my GDRs. Thanks for a good game, I will surrender if you’ll manage to get my cities on my main continent. My french colony is so puny
