If I’m restricted from playing those civs that’s fine I dont care about that you all can play them. I dont have Khmer, Indonesia, Australia, and Poland. I know I’ve played many games with people that play a civ I dont own like Australia for example.
If you’ve played many games with people that play a civ you don’t own like Australia, then we will go ahead and start, with all DLC but no mod, and see if you can take your turn. (If not then we will probably find a substitute once the game starts.)

As I’m the host, I call on all the players involved on this game to check the Discord channel associated to it. Since Commander Tahren has stopped playing without giving us information, we should decide what to do. Options are: 1: sub Tahren and keep on playing. 2: replace Tahren with AI and keep on playing. 3: as requested by @OutsideTheBox, concede the game to Australia.
