Mentlegen,

I will be away for most of the weekend without Civ 6 access while trying LARPing. As such, my response time will be non-existent between 4pm tomorrow and approximately 3pm Sunday. Apologies in advance for my inconveniencing our world domination.

Which one of you villains beat me to Hanging Gardens by one turn?

I am not the type to tattle, of course, but his name rhymes with Gordan Jummerson.

And this is the moment that the historian will point to and say:

“This is when peaceful Trajan of Rome, who was just a garden-fancier really, turned away from horticultural pursuits and embraced the sword.”

Lies and Slander! I was also trying to build the hanging gardens, but Cleopatra beat me to it.

I say she is a no good liar and a cheat. I also strongly feel like the AI is using barbarians as a proxy army for the Scythians.

Wow, that is quite odd. I 100% got a notification that adirondack built the Hanging Gardens last turn. But, I did also confirm that Egypt was the true transgressor. Mysteries within mysteries…

I think the truth is that all along Jordan was actually playing Egypt.

And the barbarians are playing Scythia.

Be warned all: The Arabians will sneakily swoop in to deliver the final light touch necessary to conquer barbarian outposts that your people shed blood weakening to the brink of destruction. The offending Arabian explorer has been hastily dealt with.

Sounds like warmongering to me.

So Arabia has taken a Scythian city?

It’s as if “?” has effectively become Jordan’s avatar.

Mighty Rome claims all the land from here to there.

Anyone notice how this game has become so much more fun since Jordan’s departure? The delay and duplicity levels have dramatically dropped. I shall make sure to finally rid the world of the Arabian menace shortly.
