Is it possible to add in leader selection the leaders from “Expanded BBG”

You can see the leaders here: Civ VI BBG 7.1 Expanded Leaders Description
Expanded BBG is this mod: Steam Workshop::BBG Expanded

@mrosack just sent two pull requests in github to handle this request. Please let me know if something else also need to be added.

Edit: In case you need to test these civs, you can check the following game that uses all these new leaders:
