[FIXED] Can not load web page downloaded saves

I use the download button on the web page to download the save file.
Within the last few days it started producing a file whose name is quoted
so
‘(PYDT) Play This One!.Civ6Save’
where it used to be
(PYDT) Play This One!.Civ6Save

Now I need to rename it each time before civ will recognize it as a save file,
which is a pain.
Thanks

What OS/browser are you using?

Windows 10 chrome 72.0.3626.96

Hmm, I’m on the same and unable to duplicate this, is anyone else having the issue? Just curious, why are you using the website instead of the client?

I am not using the client due to a likely misplaced general paranoia against adding any software to my system that I dont have to add.
I did some more testing and it seems to be a browser issue.
It does not happen on edge.
Testing on another computer, chrome was fine until I clicked to check its version and let it update to 72.0.3626.96, testing again, the issue appeared there.
I will download the file with edge for now and retry when chrome pops out a new rev.

Thanks for looking at this

Yup, you’re right, my Chrome hadn’t updated, and right after I updated it this started happening. I’ll take a look, thanks!

OK, should be fixed - I had single quotes in the download headers forever, but apparently it works fine without them and Chrome is taking it literally now. Thanks again!
