Before starting a game, can I not adjust player settings to enforce rules?

If someone joins a room and just stays there, then if they are unwelcome they have successfully trolled the room.
Please remove marcopoloko from this room unless he has changed to Random Civ by the time of action.

I think there’s two requests here:

  • Ability to boot players before the game starts
  • Ability to enforce random civ

I’ll look into them both soon. I booted the player you requested from that game.

I’ve added support for setting a game to only allow random civ choice, I’ll look into booting players before the game starts in the future.

OK, this is finally done, you can kick players before game start.
