Shouldn’t Rome have won at this point? His tourism is higher than all other’s culture… he’s at 73/71 ?
yes, looking at scores, only culture victory is possible. This looks strange to me. I never came to the end of multiplayer game so I am not sure how it is supposed to finished. I guess that Rome said it want to play another turn?
I think I might have hit one more turn. I did see the victory scene, but I think the game might just keep going until the last player officially surrenders.
