My latest notification showed up in spam today.

I checked and the email records are not configured for DKIM and DMARC.

I see that SPF is setup and you’re using zoho to send mail.

Not sure I understand - a notification from PYDT? All PYDT emails should come through SES, and should have DKIM. Only emails I personally send would come from zoho.
