[DONE] Post surrender reversion and substitution?

Hi,
In Zeta:

OtherRealisms has surrendered the Aztecs, who seem to be doing not particularly badly.

Is it possible for me to revert the game a turn or so …
(does this un-surrender them - i suspect not?),
…and then post for a substitute ?

Or would we need to find a substitute, and then seek your intervention to make it happen ?
