[DONE] How to open forum post links in new tab?

This help article has a link to drop box.
Strategy > Mods - Static BBG - Downloading and installing

To see the problem, the header above the forum needs to be present.

When clicking on the link, it stays in the PYDT frame. So dropbox refuses the visit.

How can I open the link in a new tab or window?

Using HTML links seems to work, I edited the post and it’s working for me.
