I’m still new to this site and I have no experience with the mods. Can I join anyway?
Not a problem. Just be sure to enable “Auto Download Additional Content” in the Game Options menu. The game should automatically load the required mods from there. If not, you’ll have to subscribe to them on your Steam account. They’ll load properly after that.
Be sure to check out some of the crazier changes beforehand so they don’t surprise you. I’ll post screenshots of the settings once the game starts.
@Tamil_Ronin hast not played any of his games in more than a week. He has not set himself on vacation and he does not respond in the forum or in discord and nobody knows him. It should maybe considered to replace him.
Sorry about that, I forgot about the game and figured @Tamil_Ronin would eventually come back. Looks like that never happened, so I’ve subbed in @Pro_Regulo . Let the game go on!
It’s been five days again since it is horia’s turn. I accept it takes longer for him to make turns, but it feels like it’s getting even longer than the first few months.
Has anyone unlocked theater squares? With the DB Gold option “Monuments: No Culture” the “Drama and Poetry” civic, which unlocks the theater square, has been moved from the classic era to the ancient era. But in the civic tree I can’t find it in any era.
I don’t understand why nobody responds to my posts. I can’t build theater districts. I don’t have the civic research. I need an answer if any other player has that problem, too, or if all of you can build the theater district just fine. This is clearly a bug of some kind, or I am missing something.
Then I guess we have a problem. Can you post your civic tree as I posted mine?
Drama and Poetry doesn’t show up in my civic tree. BUT, I can still select it as a civic to research from the World Tracker.
I didn’t notice this until you pointed out… My guess is that the other players selected it from the world tracker and didn’t notice it was missing from the civic tree.
That makes sense. I always choose my research from the tree and don’t even look at the world tracker
