We have 2 players as bots and Stephen also almost botting. I would also be inclined to stop. Your thoughts?
we can do a scrap vote using PYDT features perhaps?
āremoved voteā
In my understanding, stephen is almost dead? Maybe we should have a third option: āletās play and kill irreled players and botsā?
Sure. I added it and made a new vote
- Lets Scrap
- No, we look for sub for Gran-Colombia (Stephen)
- Letās play and kill irrel player and bots
0 voters
Another poll on that shall we kick Stephen or look for sub regardless of above vote?
- Kick
- Look for sub

Just remember we have agreed not to take bot cities - only raze.
I subbed in into this game. I dont see the rule that u r referring to in the chat above though?
This one is the closest to this topic, and is saying when a player quit and is about to lose a war, we can take the cities, and dont need to raze.
I think we have agreed not to trade with AI and raze their cities. It must be somewhere here in the chat/forum.
I agree on the no deal with AI, and its stated in the post I linked too.
But it also says raze their cities with EXCEPTION of playing quitting the game when they are about to lose the war.
I havenāt seen any other message in this forum regarding this. Maybe @Manoir as host can clarify?
Simon Bolivar is besieged. He shouldnāt lose more than two cities at this time.
If you know someone that would agree to try it, he is welcome.
Also, since the map is quite split up, know that on a very different continent, I am getting irrelād and will likely be wiped out of the map within an era or two. I think itās fair if you eat the botsā last cities. ![]()
I agree with @CEO_of_Spearfighting , we should be allowed to take and keep cities from a bot by war.
Actually, @danlmartins stated that the razing bot cities rule apply only on a war started from the beginning against an AI, not a war started against a player who left the game because he was irreled and the war is ended after.
If someone leave because he knows that his Civ is lost from a war, we should be able to take the cities.
All,
Iām so sorry. I was running a conference. Did realize that I would be skippedāand once I was skipped, I have to admit that I was demoralizedāand then I was turn timered again. SoāI suck in this gameāagain, Iām sorry. Please let me know if thereās anything I can do from here.
I understand you, i have no ill against you.
The thing is, do you want to be subbed or do you want to keep playing this game?
I added MPH to this game following the discussion in CPL and PYDT discord server (link).
Just to explain why calcifer did that, we discovered an exploit on games without mph: you can end your turn without selecting a tech or a civic to research. it advantages a lot those who know it and use it (cost of civil units and districts remains low, optimizing of boost, discounting districts is much easierā¦all that without losing science or culture)
@Manoir shinjo is on vacation, and his turn got skipped. Shall I revert and we wait for him? He said on CPL that he will be back by Tuesday (Aug 22nd)
Yes. Feel free to do it.
Iām very much toast in this game and my defense will barely be better than an AI (with two cities remaining, plus a freshly dropped one) so Iāll forfeit, hopefully itāll smooth turn timers along without changing much the outcome of the game. GG @shinjoshun , you straight up outplayed me but DAMN that +5 combat strength that shouldnāt be there!
Sorry, +5 is really impactful in this game, it has been definitely meaningful early in our war. Even if i think it was a mistake to attack a maya with classical units (when we start this game i was supposed to have +3 anyway and huāche are really good defensive units).
GG @CEO_of_Spearfighting you played well none the less and i really appreciated your fair play toward me. Hope to play with you again (even if it seems whāre doomed to attack each other
)
