I’m new to PYDT and don’t know the general customs regarding turn length, so I figured I’d ask here: how long do we wait for someone to take their turn?
The only way I can see to contact someone - to give them a nudge - is trying to friend them via Steam (is that correct?)
If people are going to be away for a while, they should post they are going to be gone. We all have work and vacation time. However, if somebody doesn’t post they are going away and they are gone for a while, they usually get booted. There is no specific time length for that, but usually no more than a week.
You can also message them in PYDT. Click on their name, and it brings up a window to send them a message.
Hey guys, my bad. I went out of town for a professional summit and sincerely thought I would have the bandwidth/time to play. I was severely mistaken on both counts, so my apologies. I’ll make sure to let you guys know in the future.
