My game was crashing but I fixed it.

Civ 5 crashing on click "load button" in hotseat

Fix: In steam, enable cloud saving Thought I would join a Civ 5 game, my first in years. Despite testing the game in single player, as soon as I was to play my first damn turn, the game would crash as soon as I clicked the load button in hotseat.

The pressure was on with the turn timer!
