This savegame is broken for me. It gives me a compatibility error message, even after I disable all mods and restart the game. I’ll revert the turn so the previoous player can send me a new clean save file so I can try open it again.

Looks like Brunel quit. If this was a CPL sanctioned game, his quitting should be reported unless Vietnam took 66% of his cities and capital. Since Vietnam will consume the AI quickly, I do not see a way to beat Vietnam. They will snowball even more now. Can we concede this game to Vietnam? Is this game CPL ranked? I don’t recall.
