we should decide the turn order with gmt time and when we can play , and the teams , and if w play same civs or we choose civs freely

Do you play very often all the day , or just at special time (morning night?)

I’m from Ukraine, GMT+2
I mostly do my moves in the evening and sometimes I can do few during the day.
As for civs, I’m voting for free or random civs (not same).
Regarding teams - I don’t care. But I think it would be nice to separate the turn order of the teams e.g 1-2-1-2

ok , i propose each one of us propose a set of two civs who seems smart to play together on a mirror map (don’t forget it’s mirrored start, or i can change this setting too?, cause we maybe should pick civs not needing specific starting bias , cause we don’t know what kind of lands will be in the map )
Then , depending of what we think is the best combo, we choose our teamate ?
the first combo civs i would suggest is babylone (i love playing with it) , with a civ good for science (korea? or any other suggestion)
as in team games , the ally gets an eureka for techs discover by any ally, babylone gets the eureka too , and by the way gets the tech …
So babylone can focus on everything but science , and the science teamate can focus on discovering techs…
I can find some more suggestions for combos … >
But i wish to know if this process pleases you ?
i find interesting to develop special strategies and combos with others , so we can create new strategies with common intelligence!

I think it’ll be easier to just pick any civ you want. You can decide on combo with your teammate if you want, ofc.
I would like to play Germans.
ok i’d like to play babylone maybe , but i can change dpending of who i’ll play with
i can propose gilgamesh of sumeria as a teamate, if someone enjoy the idea. think it can combo and be fun thematically as both oldest civs …
if michakel and kapshul don’t want sumeria with babylone , and prefers to team ;
i can team with germany !
just tell who you’ll play and i’ll maybe pick somehing else than babylone

never played this map , so i don’t know , maybe i can try a test ,but not sure it gives always the same kind of map or something very different ech time…
It is more complicated… I am going to be random civ :-).
found some examples on the net , they all have sea but you can’t pass from one side to the other , so having a navy can be useless…
I thnk random is risky , you may have a very bad civ, and you can’t get combos with your partner…
you do as you want , but i’d prefer to play with a partner who picks a civ and i choose one to go along with him …
Ok, and what is common? Inspiration and Tech boots? So here is better use some for soft skill and some for hard skill :-). So yes Babylon + German seems as better… And maybe why not Shaka + Canada/Holand?
don’t know holland , never played , it always seemed a bad civ to me …
canada ? it’s risky cause highly depending of snow and tundras , but if the map has some it can be an advantage to well exploit the lands. Reason why i prefer civs not too dependant on a special start bias
Shaka , is one of the best at war, but it’s a late skill… imo

Babylon with Germany will win quickly.
i’m trying the settings and recreating a new map many times , it looks like canada not always starts close to tundra!
after 4 trys , it has tundra start 2 times…
mayb you can find and try another powerfull combo , or we can have same civs ? so noone is underpowered…
It doesn’t exist. 
Anyway I don’t like this idea.
As for me is better to ban all imbas like Babylon.
BTW I don’t understand idea of combos. Is there a way in Civ6 to share techs?
