Good game, ya. Usually if you can rush settlers to the middle and keep it, it’s good. Canada was also hardest for Victoria to conquer, because the capital wasn’t next to the ocean.

I feel a little exploitative with the strategy I followed of all-navy + hiring city-state ground troops, but it seems to work on this map with England. The free frigate with RND is a bit broken.
