Aw man, some weird Great People stuff happened over the Congress turn. It took a great engineer that I totally skipped, now the one I actually wanted is prly gonna get swiped

Yeah, whichever guy gives me the walls in my city, thats the one it gave me, when i want the production towards wonders guy. It’s all good though, just thought it was funny / annoying 
It’s also worth mentioning I remember I was voting for Congress the turn before, and noticed if i click on the center of the screen, I’d be interacting with the UI behind the Congress screen, and thought that was quirky. I very well could have been messsing with the Great Person screen on accident, so maybe i should just stop clicking around so much lmao
Yeah you can always see the UI during Congress turns but you can’t perform any actions so it’s surely nothing you did. But does sound like a possible bug. Not that I need to worry…claiming a Great Person isn’t something I’m having to do too often in this game

I did wonder why you’d passed on them. Guessing your going to have to build a few more Theatre Squares to accommodate them all! Looks like you’ll achieve Cultural Victory very soon 
I didnt have spots for their works, and my civ has a huge bonus for “sculpture” artworks, which these artists didnt make, so i thought id get a second chance soon after skipping, but it took 50 turns or so, hahah.
Dunno if that logic is sound or not lol
