Hi Valamas, thank you. I’ve been playing this particular set of mods with some friends for awhile now, and decided to try opening up a few games to willing participants. I’m really glad you’re interested – a lot of players simply dismissed the idea.
I was planning on doing standard for rainfall, temp, and world age. But if you happen to be on and have a better idea, I’m open to changing it. Let me know, thanks!

hey is there/what is the Discord channel for this game? I’ve just loaded this game up and am trying to get my bearings and have a question or two to ask. I’m assuming it’s better I do so in discord. Is it “extraepic”?
To give a preview: I have not played a mixed game like this with people and AIs, and I’m wondering if that means anything different in the mechanics or rules; I have noticed that other civs have those smiley/frowny faces on them, and I don’t know what that means particularly in civs owned by actual people; I have fired this up only to find that a human player has denounced me, and I’m not sure why that mechanic matters (is that just to reduce grievances by the AI?) and more to the point, what the history is with this player (I’m assuming this is “diplo” rules such that discussions are supposed to be in public?); and it appears someone has tacked a note to me which is a game mechanic I didn’t even know was possible, so I wanted to understand that.
Hope you don’t mind my being a little slower on this first turn.
When im out and about shopping or similar, I have an instance grievance with people that smell ripe. I think that is a major factor until you discover gypsum and incense. Try trading red wine, tobacco or chocolate with your “friend” at a distance to take their mind of it. 
Check out the heart shaped tab in diplo with the AI. Denouncement by a human for the purpose of grievances this early in the game is new to me, if at all for the whole game. More likely they are probably warning you to not settle near them (refer to above paragraph).
Is the AI on Deity level?
Any idea why this is happening suddenly? I haven’t changed any settings or subscribed to any new mods.
Fixed now. Codenaugh said he made a mistake and then fixed it.
I believe I’m having a similar problem as YogSothoth had in May.
I’ve got better balanced starts enabled, but it doesn’t seems to appear as enabled in the attachment. Am I missing something?
