Well there are a few cases of writers struggling through hardship before becoming successful, I believe. J.K. Rowling is a good example. Keep the faith!! Anyway, doesn’t Canada look after its citizens? It’s often cited as having the best standard of living in the world…not for everyone, I guess.

But the social welfare I’m on right now doesn’t even pay for my rent. The welfare is a provincial issue, and our province has been run by conservatives cutting both it, our healthcare, and our education for nearly a decade now.
It’s weird that Vacation mode doesn’t automate his turns…

I think that’s the point of Vacation mode in that it’s a deliberate absence and the player doesn’t miss their turn. I think you can set it to skip anyway but not sure.
Yeah, I thought it would skip automatically shrug but it doesn’t bother me. It’s other people in these games who keep complaining at me about the games going slow.
If he’s back tomorrow, then cool. I wont do anything.

Yeah everyone’s patience varies. It’s cool when people post how long they’re away for like @matt_lambert. Can be frustrating though when people go missing for days without explanation. I know you’re meant to keep on top of it when you’re the host but I can tend to let it go for a while before someone prompts me

I unfortunately have to surrendor.
The zombie hoard is too much. They took half of my cities, and are swarming in to take the other half. I tried fighting them back, but without gunpowder I’ve only had crossbowmen to fight them wiht, and it does liek 1% damage a hit… these zombies are just too strong.And there’s so many of them now.
It’s just loading in each turn to watch my shit slowly get taken… and loading each turn in Civ 6 takes 30 minutes. I think I’m gonna surrender.
wow… I was wondering why you didn’t attack me with everything… I assumed something like that… that’s why in zombies normally no one goes to war but rather they collaborate to stop the zombies… a pleasure to play with everyone!, wing add me as a friend on discord!, what do you think of a game of emperor of fading suns enhanced?, an excellent old game that was reissued?
I don’t really have room for a new game. In fact I’m pairing back. I’ll be glad to be done all my Civ 6 games and focus on Civ V. I don’t think I like Civ 6 very much. And it runs piss poor on my computer and takes 30 minutes to load a turn.

Sorry to hear that. I didn’t realise you were getting overrun like that, it’s crazy! Plus I didn’t realise how tough the Zombies are. I can get units to you but it will take a few turns…not sure you have that long though
