Required Mods:
- Better Balanced Game (BBG)
- Better Balanced Starts (BBS)
City states
- No more than 1 capture, all others will be razed
- No renaming of ex-city states
Diplomacy
Public - No private messages or pins. Every communication must be through the smack chat.
Denouncement
Casus belli is required to declare war.
Unless it is the ancient era or your civilization benefits from surprise wars.
Denounced players can use their Casus belli without waiting.
Banned - asking a player to declare a joint war in diplomacy.
Friendship
None
