2 dumb things in a row. What was done had to be done.

2 dumb things?
Well an unguarded settler just begs to be taken
Edit Ohh yeah i know now
The worker!
Ohhh this just gotten interesting
Good old fashioned chess match. Stalingrad
That and the pressure from England aswell
Well, my plan failed, it looked promising at first but now I lost all my units and have no buildings or anything, so I’d like to resign, even if I’m the host it wouldn’t stop you two from playing would it ? Also, at least once the game is over I’d like to have a replay or at least see the whole revealed map, is there any way I can do that ? Or I could just make explorers to slowly explore the map but it would be boring and the fact that I would take a turn to do that every time would slow you down, so instead one of you may switch to strategic view, zoom out and make a screenshot please ?
Im sorry to hear that, their is always peace, after i taken back my city, if that will keep you in the game?
If you decide to resign, it will not hurt our game, the game will simply take over and replacing your nation as a AI. I had fun though, you made a good pressure, takin my capital, was a great thing, i was one turn away from getting City Walls, so your decision to keep pressuring my city, and ignore my Horse Archers was the right call. When i had City walls in my second city, thats where you probably should had taken a more defensive position, and build up your nation, so you could support an attack with Catapults or stronger units.
It is all up to you
how you wanna do this. But know this. I had fun, even when you took my capital
This was one of my first games on PYDT. Unprotected settler and builder, indecisiveness in moving them due to the landscape I had, and thinking Scienidez would not attack and then when he did, well, game on.
I tried to be subtle in the smack talk about this. But Scienidez talked about it more openly and thought maybe that is why goz attacked Scienidez. I thought I would mount a good defence for a while, especially with the river as the front, but now hearing Scienidez had the horse archer, he would have overrun me.
I offered peace to Scienidez and had quickly built up to 3 cities, focusing on science to help me get some stronger units. I was sending an archer east to meet you goz. I was going to alliance with you to crush Scienidez
I declare Scienidez the winner. Well done goz on taking one city and nearly the capital completely.
Here is a printscreen of my part of the map. I have not taken my turn.
Thank you for the screenshot. The funny thing is, I though that our starting positions were very balanced (equilateral triangle), so I went a lot NW at first to attack the first player I met and if I had continued to do so I would have attacked you instead.
Heheh, well i was surprised by the attack from you Goz
at first i thought, ooohh Valamas and Goz is allies!!! And i didnt mind takin on both, when Valams sent a peace treaty offering, i accepted it in a heartbeat, it only meant i could focus my attacks on one frontline. So my regulat archers could help out to the south. I would not have approached you Valamas, as i was focusing on the Horde of Lots and lots ARcher/Slingers/Warriors that invaded my lands
I had rushed researching Horse Archers, as i knew they would become vital to fight Valamas.
But i turned out, they were to be used elsewhere
Yea, Goz declaring war was not any alliance.
Did my peace offer foil Goz’s war? Can’t remember how many turns peace was to this point.
your peace meant that i could send two Archers down to aid in the defense of my second city
If you didnt offer the peace, i would never asked for it. I took up the challenge to be attacked from two fronts. I felt secure that you, Valamas, wouldnt approached, becuase i had archers guarding the River, if you crossed, i would simply fire back, and force you to retreat again.
But the peace, gave me the opportunity to send them back south
Please end the game goz, I have marked this as a loss on my scoresheet.
