How are your spawns, guys? I cannot complain about mine - it’s fairly good in spite of the barbarians I share it with xD Hope yours are decent too!
I don’t think I can complain. Home city is not bad. Looks like I have room for one more good city site, then I will have to sail away and find some new land…hopefully unoccupied land. No barbs yet. /crosses fingers.
Looks like my island is shared with at least one other individual, and one lot of barbs despatched.
I have limited starts so far, but I would put this in the so-so category: excellent for chopping and mining, poor for food.
I still have one lot of wandering souls.
It sounds interesting. Mine is quite the opposite - it is good for food and it has a cluster of sugar resources nearby, but hills for mining are not that abundant.
I’m hanging out on an arctic desolate island w/o enough starting room for the first three cities. Don’t have heart to just leave game. Maybe I’ll just wildcard into someone later.
I know that sucks. Starting on small, isolated desert or tundra/snow islands is quite a handicap. You should probably beeline Shipbuilding in order to be able to embark units. Map is big, so I’m expecting many unclaimed islands (full of barbarians XD).
Leaving from tomorrow until Sunday night, and then from Monday until either Wednesday or next weekend.

I’m having issues loading my turn. When I try to load the save, I get thrown back into the main menu. I’m going to revert the turn to last player to see if that fixes it out. Sorry for the inconvenience.

As I have explained in other games, I’m travelling abroad 10th January and will be away for about two months. In all the games I’m in I’ve asked to be replaced, but I’d appreciate if you could wait for me on the three I’m hosting, which are Dominium Mundi 1, 2 and 3. This way, I’ll have something to play to when I’m back!!

Hi all:
Unfortunately, my ability to take turns has been severely hit. My graphics card is dead and I can’t replace it in the near future. I’m now using a really old laptop for study purposes which is absolutely unable to run anything but Minesweeper. Because of this, and with great pain, I’m sorry to communicate that I must resign/be replaced in all of my games.

oh no! We lost England…
It’s looking more and more like an AI Indonesia victory is inevitable. I’ve been trying to chip away at their religion and go for a religious victory for some 100 turns or so now, but it’s futile trying to beat out an AI’s religion so i’m about done with the attempted effort. They are also showing a terrifying >6k military score which is just flat out yikes, in a word. I’m definitely no where near capable of fighting them and wasn’t going military this game according to my plans back in… June 2018.
If it’s just the two of us… i’m kinda seeing this as a good excuse to shelf one more of our vanilla games.
Yeah… I guess there is now way to win (or at least not a fun one, because the AI is super stupid). Was a please to play this game with you!
I kind of got stupid, attacking indonesia with battleships, which worked well for a couple of cities before the nuclear subs and modern armour suddenly showed up…
